BDP CONSTRUCTION LLC was organized to fill a gap in residential building: the distance between the sketch and the structure. Homeowners hiring a custom builder, and developers hiring a multifamily GC, run into the same problem — a chain of subs nobody owns end to end. We exist to be that owner.
Our charter spans three delivery models. As general contractors, we build custom homes and multifamily buildings on land owned by our clients. As for-sale and merchant builders, we develop speculative housing on our own land. And as construction managers, we run budget, schedule, and quality control for owners who want professional oversight without a full GC wrap.
We also take the work other builders avoid — fire and flood restoration, additions on occupied homes, low-income and affordable housing that has to hit both code and budget.

One Contract, One Throat to Choke
As general contractor we own the schedule, the subs, the permits, and the punch list. If something slips, it's our problem to fix — not yours to referee.
